It's 2BR, 2BA.
It's walking distance to downtown, near Christopher's school, and the Stevens Creek trail. It's on a cul-de-sac, with a community garden just four doors down, at the end of the cul-de-sac.
The main unit is 3BR, 2BA..
The second unit is 2BA, 2BA (which I plan to rent out).
The place has been completely remodeled by the owners, a Pakistani family who's lived there for past 12 years (an extended family who's moved because they wanted even more space, i.e. 6BR). The bathrooms are gorgeous. The kitchens are very nice. The appraiser said it's the nicest duplex he's ever seen (and appraisers are not prone to superlatives).
p.s. I had to do a lot of this from the beach cause the girls and I went on a trip for spring break just at the wrong moment - right after I saw the house. It was rough... ;-)
p.p.s. I want to surprise the children with this in a couple of weeks, so don't tell them!
